March 8 is not just a celebration of women, it is a celebration of the eternal energy of beauty, tenderness and bright colors. Inspired by the incredible power of life, renewal and joy, we at udc Cafe, under the guidance of our brand pastry chef Viktor Alexandrov, have created a wonderful collection of desserts of incredible beauty.
Bright cupcakes, original cakes and delicious cakes will be a worthy gift for your beloved women: girlfriends, mothers, grandmothers — and will make them fall in love with themselves at first sight.
Charming big cupcakes:
- "Primrose" is a bright raspberry passion fruit filling with delicate curd cream, decorated with a delicate spring flower made of glaze
- "Tulips" is a raspberry topping with curd cream, decorated with pink tulips made of cream.
- "Magnolia" is a Red velvet sponge cake with curd cream and a wonderful flower of beauty made of mastic.
- "Charm" is a blueberry sponge cake and cream topping, decorated with Italian meringue in the form of a lavender peony.
- "Forget—me—nots" is a strawberry confit in a filling, decorated with three charming flowers from Italian meringue.
