Taste trends: from Amazon to Lena. New seasonal bar tab at UDC Cafe

Spring is in full swing, with summer and long, warm days ahead. A team of bartenders, led by a brand bar manager, created the Great Rivers bar tab in the spirit of spring and summer, travel and tastes, open horizons and fresh impressions.

"We were looking for not just interesting combinations, but drinks with a history that reflected the culture, landscape and atmosphere of different regions. Each recipe contains authentic ingredients related to the geography and spirit of the places that gave the drinks their name," says brand bar manager Asker Hashev about the new collection.

  • "Amazon" is a refreshing lemonade with guanabana, raspberry, lime and fragrant lemongrass, inspired by the tropics of the Amazon Valley.
  • "Lena" is a mild iced tea with chamomile, dandelion, sea buckthorn and a helichrysum decoration that recalls the endless flowering meadows along the great Siberian river.
  • "Euphrates" — bumble with pomegranate juice, espresso, elderberry and tonic. Bright and intense, it refers to the ancient Mesopotamia, the "cradle of humanity" — the birthplace of ancient civilizations.
  • "Khor-Dubai "— cold chocolate on coconut milk with strawberries, matcha and pistachios. A modern oriental taste of the famous Dubai chocolate.
  • "Amur "— iced tea with orange, rosehip and Far Eastern honeysuckle. Clear and deep, like the river itself.
  • "Po" is an author's affogato with vanilla ice cream, lemongrass and hot espresso. Italian classics in a new interpretation.

The bar tab is already available in all UDC cabinets. Come try it and discover the geography of taste — from the Amazon jungle to the Alpine slopes of Italy!
