Shrovetide Week has begun today! It's time to spend the winter, enjoy the arrival of spring and, of course, have incredibly delicious pancakes!

Inspired by their favorite holiday, brand chef Pavel Larionov and brand pastry chef Viktor Alexandrov have created unique recipes for both classic lovers and those who are ready for new culinary experiences.

On Shrovetide, it is customary to make pancakes not only for yourself, but also to treat loved ones — we are sure that pancakes from udc cafe will be remembered by you and your loved ones for a long time!

Traditional options for those who appreciate familiar tastes:

  • Crepes with jam, condensed milk and honey are thin, ruddy pancakes served with a topping of your choice: jam, honey and condensed milk
  • Crepes with red caviar and cream cheese — golden pancakes with butter, served with red caviar and delicate cream cheese

Original interpretations for those who are looking for something unusual:

  • Crepes with minced marbled beef and porcini mushroom sauce — meat pancakes according to the author's recipe made from marbled beef, bolognese sauce and porcini mushroom sauce, complemented with jalapeno pepper and parmesan
  • Crab Crepes— golden pancakes stuffed with tender crab meat, cream cheese mousse, cucumbers and red caviar with spicy kimchi sauce, garnished with watercress and sesame seeds
